Private Equity Syndication
We identify, underwrite, acquire, and operate real estate assets. You provide capital and receive passive income — quarterly distributions, depreciation benefits, and profit participation at exit. Zero management responsibility.
Completely Passive

Investor-First Returns
7–8% preferred return paid to investors before we receive a dollar of profit. Full return of capital. Then 80% of profits to investors, 20% to us. Our interests are completely aligned with yours.
